Our work usually starts with an assessment of what you actually have: subscription and resource inventory, identity posture, licence utilisation, security baseline and spend. That assessment is deliverable on its own — you keep it whether or not we do the remediation.
From there we handle migration, consolidation and hardening, then either hand back a documented environment or run it for you under a managed agreement.

This work is delivered remotely, so location is not a constraint. Change windows are scheduled in your local time and staffed accordingly, across IST, GMT, CET and US hours. Where a task genuinely needs someone physically present, we coordinate local hands and run the technical work remotely alongside them.
