IoT and Artificial Intelligence Solutions

IoT and AI only pay for themselves when they change a decision somebody makes. We deploy connected devices and machine learning against specific, measurable problems — downtime, wastage, quality variance, manual effort — rather than as technology showcases.

Industrial IoT for the plants around us

West Bengal's manufacturing base — engineering, jute, food processing, chemicals, cold chain — runs on equipment where unplanned downtime is the single largest avoidable cost. We instrument machinery with vibration, temperature, current and pressure sensors, stream the data to a monitoring platform and alert on deviation before failure.

For cold chain and pharmaceutical storage we deploy continuous temperature and humidity monitoring with tamper-evident logging and automatic excursion alerts, which also satisfies audit requirements.

Machine learning aimed at a defined decision

We start from the decision you want to improve, then work back to whether your data can support it. Predictive maintenance from sensor history, demand forecasting from sales data, computer vision for visual quality inspection, document extraction from invoices and delivery challans, and conversational assistants for repetitive customer queries.

If the available data cannot support a reliable model, we say so at the assessment stage rather than after you have paid for a pilot.

Edge processing, because connectivity is not guaranteed

A factory floor in a district town does not have reliable broadband, and a system that stops working when the link drops is not deployable. We process at the edge — inference and rule evaluation happen on local gateways, data buffers during outages and syncs when connectivity returns.

Critical alerts still fire locally through sirens, lights or SMS even with no internet at all.

What this covers

  • Industrial sensor networks and gateways
  • Predictive maintenance from equipment data
  • Cold chain and environment monitoring
  • Computer vision quality inspection
  • Edge processing with offline buffering
  • Live operational dashboards and alerting

FAQs

IoT and Artificial Intelligence — common questions

What clients usually want to understand before committing.

Usually yes. Retrofit sensors can monitor vibration, temperature, current draw and output on machines with no digital interface at all, so you rarely need to replace equipment to gain visibility.
