Managing AWS, Azure and Google Cloud

Most organisations end up on more than one cloud, usually without deciding to. We bring that estate under a single operating model, with consistent monitoring, security baselines and cost governance across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

Why multi-cloud happens, and how to make it deliberate

Azure arrives with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. AWS comes with a product team's application. GCP appears alongside an analytics project. Before long there are three consoles, three bills and no unified view of security or spend.

We do not insist on consolidating onto one platform — that is often expensive and unnecessary. Instead we standardise how all three are governed: unified monitoring, one identity model, common tagging, consistent security baselines and a single monthly report covering the whole estate.

Cost governance across every provider

Cloud spend drifts upward by default. Across all three platforms we apply the same discipline: right-sizing against real utilisation, commitment discounts where usage is stable, storage lifecycle policies, cleanup of orphaned resources, non-production shutdown schedules and anomaly alerts.

Tagging standards make spend attributable to a department or project, so cost conversations are based on evidence rather than argument.

Operations, security and DevOps as one practice

We run 24×7 monitoring with alerting into your escalation path, patching, backup verification and incident response under agreed SLAs. Security baselines cover identity and least privilege, encryption, audit logging, network isolation and vulnerability scanning — implemented consistently rather than differently on each platform.

Infrastructure is managed as code with Terraform so environments are reproducible, changes are reviewed, and drift is caught rather than discovered during an outage.

What this covers

  • Unified monitoring across AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Terraform infrastructure as code
  • Consistent security and identity baselines
  • Monthly cost optimisation reporting
  • 24×7 incident response under SLA
  • Kubernetes and container platform management

FAQs

Managing AWS, Azure and GCP — common questions

What clients usually want to understand before committing.

Not necessarily. Migration has real cost and risk, and workloads are often already well placed. We usually recommend standardising governance across providers rather than forcing consolidation — unless the numbers clearly justify moving.
